EU4DigitalUA Completed 12 NIP System Trainings

EU4DigitalUA has successfully completed a comprehensive user training program for the National Informatisation Program (NІP) system users. It included 12 sessions spanning 24 hours of intensive training. These sessions were designed to empower users with the essential knowledge and skills required for the efficient operation of the NIP system.

The user training program covered a wide array of topics, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to navigate and utilize the NIP system effectively. These topics included working with program cards, tasks, projects, document processing, program registration, and management. In addition, participants were introduced to tasks and projects analytics and provided insights on working with directories.

The success of the training program was reflected in the diverse array of participants, which included key government agencies and entities such as the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Audit Service of Ukraine, the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, the State Special Communications and Information Protection Service of Ukraine, and the State Enterprise “DIIA.”

Recently, the project EU4DigitalUA finished the development of NIP system. Due to it, all the projects of state digitalisation will be in one system, ensuring accessibility for interested parties. Moreover, the submission, tracking, and processing of tasks will occur electronically, reducing bureaucratic procedures and expediting information processing.
