The National Informatisation Program (NIP) in Ukraine plays a pivotal role in the development of information technologies and the country’s digital transformation. Within the EU4DigitalUA project, the third phase of developing the Unified Information System for NPI has been successfully completed. This system is designed to enhance collaboration among government entities, experts, and IT project implementers in Ukraine.
Simplifying Project Approval and Tracking Processes
The NIP system streamlines the processes of project approval and tracking, making them more transparent and efficient. Now, the submission, tracking, and processing of tasks occur electronically, reducing bureaucratic procedures and expediting information processing. Additionally, all materials related to the National Informatization Program will be stored within the system, ensuring accessibility for interested parties.
One of the key advantages of the NPI system is transparency and accountability that will contribute to combating corruption in the country.
User Training
Currently, training sessions are underway for users of the NPI system. The user training program aims to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for successful system operation. These training sessions cover topics such as working with program cards, tasks, projects, document processing, program registration, and management, as well as tasks and projects, analytics, and working with directories. The training program includes question-and-answer sessions to facilitate better comprehension of the material.
The NIP system development represents a significant step forward in the development of Ukraine’s information society and will further facilitate the country’s digital transformation.
