Working in the government and local governments, Oleksandr has gained experience in implementing new and innovative technologies, optimization and reengineering of processes, coordination of international technical assistance projects.

For five years, Oleksandr worked as the head of the State Agency for Electronic Government of Ukraine. The Agency was directly involved in the development of key areas of e-government, such as e-services, the national informatization program, open data, e-identification, document flow management and digital transformation.

Oleksandr has a master’s degree in organizational management, as well as a master’s degree in computer networks and IT systems.
